Czech designer graduated in Shoe Design at Tomas Bata University in Zlín. He continues his postgraduate studies to deepen the implementation of nanotechnologies in footwear at the Faculty of Technology at TBU. In the national final of the FameLab competition, Oldrich achieved the 1st price with the presentation of his "Zonal Personalised Footwear" research. He worked as a leading designer in Beijing, China, at the VO5 studio and the design & technology studio DeFacto. For their wearable high-tech anti-pollution mask project, he holds the 1st RedDott Award 2018. He regularly presents his work worldwide and in the Czech Republic: London Fashion Week, Milano Design Week, Consumer Electronic Show - CES in Las Vegas, Paris 3D Expo, etc. Apart from being a fashion&footwear designer, Oldrich is originally a graduated professional ballet dancer from the prestigious Ballet Conservatoire of the capital Prague thanks to which he spent years on stages of Czech's and the world's most prestigious theatres: Prague's National Theatre, Estate Theatre in Prague, Czech State Opera House, Musical Theatre Karlin, J. K. Tyl Theatre in Pilsen, National Centre for the Performing Arts (China) etc. His work is usually inspired by the lines of the human body, which are presented as a theme or based on the movements of biomechanics systems.
